No, you don’t have to eat “clean.” Weight loss majorly depends on the type of calories in vs.calories out, but there are other factors, as well, such as vitamins, minerals that
micronutrients give you, and hormones that regulate our bodies. Eat a majority of
things that are healthy, yes, but also eat what you ENJOY – if that’s tilapia and veggies,
great! As long as by the end of the night you’re hitting your calorie and macro targets,
that’s what matters for weight and body composition – but the composition of your
macros DOES matter, as well.
