Here’s a super quick strawberry salad recipe, for busy women like you and I, to throw together when you get in time for dinner. If you have a family, they will appreciate it too. Not to mention it’s flavorful, crunchy, gluten-free and it’s gonna keep you satisfied until the next day.
When you are making any salad there are a few tricks to maximize the flavor, save time and money, and prevent you from eating the same things over and over again.
Buy a few different “salad beds.” Salad beds are leafy greens, like spinach, arugula, kale, etc. Use a different salad bed each time. While I might have the same veggie ingredients in my salads a couple days in a row, it always tastes different.
CHOP-CHOP, sister. Pre-chop your salad ingredients and use a grab-and-go method when you get home after a busy day. Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms or other veggies, store in glass containers, and you can make a salad in less than five minutes. Too easy, right?

What you need for the salad:
2 C of Spinach
¼ Red onion
Juice of 1 Lemon
Juice of 1 Grapefruit
2 t Honey
1 T Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chop up and mix veggies, strawberries and pistachios, blend together the ingredients for dressing, add it to the salad and you’re good to eat sister! Crunchy, nutritious salad dressed up and spiced up to maximize flavor, beat cravings for sweets and keep you satisfied all day – made in 5 minutes!
