Hey sexy, Happy Friday!
Today I want to talk about something that many ladies from the Sexyfit group thought I should address. The question I’m going to answer today is: HOW TO STAY CONSISTENT WITH YOUR ROUTINE? And I’m going to give you three unbeatable strategies that won’t cost you a dime. Isn’t that awesome?

Now, you know how sometimes you wake up in the morning and it’s either too hot or too cold outside, you don’t feel like doing anything, but you still have your goals to achieve? Well, these three unbeatable strategies will help you stay on track. Here they are:
STRATEGY #1: Accountability Sunday
Accountability Sunday is a weekly check-in where you become aware of what you are doing, what you did last week, and what you are planning to do. There is no way to move forward unless you analyze what you have done AND there is no way to move forward if you have no plan. Make sure your workouts fit into your schedule. Remember, your workouts are the most important meeting with yourself. This is your time to focus, to rest, your time for self-care and self-love. As long as they happen, you will be golden. It’s not the QUANTITY of workouts, it’s the CONSISTENCY.
On Sundays, you have an opportunity to take a look at what is happening and schedule it out. That’s how you prepare, stay conscious and catch yourself if you had an off-week. I do that EVERY week, and to support myself, I have a great book I want to recommend, it’s Darren Hardy’s “Living Your Best Year Ever” (check out the link below). Without that book, I wouldn’t be able to run this business, or help hundreds of you do what we do on a daily basis.
Remember, everybody has a goal, everybody needs planning, and I can’t emphasize enough on it.
STRATEGY #2: Make sure your food looks delicious
As you know I advocate tracking what you eat on a daily basis, knowing and counting your macros. But we’re not going to deal with fitting into your macros now. I suggest you hear about it in the Sexyfit Podcast Episode #002 linked below.
Now we’re dealing with the looks and tastes of your food. You need to prepare meals that you love, that look good to you, because you eat with your EYES first. Let me say it again: YOU EAT WITH YOUR EYES FIRST.
If your food doesn’t look appetizing, you’re not going to eat it. I’ve seen it happening. Eat what you like, that’s how you’ll be able to stay more consistent with your food. If you plan your meals on Sundays, you’ll know what to prepare, you’ll have more time for meal prep and for making your food more appetizing. It doesn’t take that long. And here is the coolest little trick you can do – add more vegetables, because they are colorful, pretty and make you want to eat them. The food looks delicious, it’s easy to make, and your macros are already counted for you!
Remember, you need to eat food that looks, smells and tastes great.
STRATEGY #3: Recruit a buddy or an accountability partner
True life change lies within three things: nutrition, fitness and accountability. In another words, energy in (your food), energy out (your workout) and energy around (who you surround yourself with).
Find someone to work out with. Recruit a buddy, join a running club or a hiking group on a weekend, or recruit a girlfriend to work out with you. You can even use this a dating strategy! It’s much easier to endure workout at tough times if you have accountability partners. You can also find a buddy in our Sexyfit community. There you’ll find 500 motivated, like-minded women in one place. Now when was the last time you had something like that?

So these are my top 3 unbeatable strategies.
There you have time management and planning, food that looks delicious, as well as your training buddies that are supporting you. That is the best way to stay on track – no fitness gadgets, no apps, no magic tricks that will help you endure your routine during upcoming holidays. On average that is a 12 pound weight gain season, but we’re together in the Sexyfit community, so there is NO WAY we can fall into this trap. I know I’m not gaining any weight, and if you’re listening, you’re not gaining any weight.
Apply the three strategies and make sure you’re strategic about everything you are doing, because awareness is the key.
