Today is Tuesday, and it means #TransformationTuesday feature!
Our star today is Jennalee.
Jennalee is a mother of two beautiful kids, and as it often happens, she was so busy taking care of her family that she put herself on the back burner. Soon enough she realized that only by taking care of herself was she able to take care of her family even better.
It was not easy to start spending more time on herself – it required more time cooking for herself and more time at the gym. All programs that Jennalee was able to find online were either based on drastic calorie cuts or on enormous amounts of gym time. Neither worked for her. That is when Jennalee found Sexyfit, and joining our annual program called Sexyback turned her life around.
Together we were able to come up with a sustainable plan that did not require cooking for hours and spending infinite time on a treadmill. In fact, she did not need a gym membership at all!
No wonder that Jennalee’s results are so great: she is very serious about reaching her goal, and she gives the program all the dedication she has.
We are so proud of you! Cannot wait to see your results at the end of the program!
Name: Jennalee Horwath
Occupation: Stay at home mom

What made you decide to start the program? I wanted to lose weight from baby #2. Desire to be healthy for myself & my kids & set an example for them. And to be a honest(and a little vain) I want to be “that hot mom”. I don’t want to be the chubby, out of shape girl. I want to be confident, fit. Sexyfit!
What do you like most about Sexyfit? The accountability. The awesome coaching. The support.
In your journey, what are you most proud of? Less than a year after baby I’m the smallest I’ve ever been…without starving myself.
What words of wisdom would you share with someone thinking about starting the program? Just do it! Stop making excuses. Find the time. Find the motivation. Make yourself and your health a priority.
What is an inspirational quote you live by? Stop beating yourself up. You are a work in progress. Which means you get there a little at a time, not all at once. And also: One reason people resist change is because they focus on what they have to give up, instead of what they have to gain.
