Every Tuesday we post a cool #TransformationTuesday story, and today I want you to meet Mackinzie.
Mackinzie grew up involved in gymnastics, and she was in amazing shape. However, once she quit, she realized that without proper nutrition and exercise she was starting to change – her body became softer, she wasn’t as strong, and also mentally she wasn’t feeling 100%.
It wasn’t easy to go back to her precious active lifestyle – her life became a lot busier, and she just did not have the motivation do change anything.
After some internet search, she found Sexyfit and joined our annual Sexyback challenge.
Together we were able to create a sustainable nutrition and exercise plan that did not require hours at a gym and in the kitchen. Since then, Mackinzie has been showing incredible results, and t’s not a surprise! With her determination she will go far and reach all of her goals!

What made you decide to start the program: Growing up I did gymnastics and was in great shape both functionally and aesthetically, but since quitting I hadn’t kept up my athleticism. Being strong and healthy enough to participate in any adventure or activity that came up in life was one of my biggest reasons and motivators to start this program. Another reason is that I just didn’t feel like my lifestyle was what it should be. It left me feeling me lethargic, bloated, and unhappy with how I looked, and I was ready to change that!
What do you like the most about the program One of the things I like most about SexyFit is that it isn’t about selling a product for some quick, secret weight loss trick. SexyFit teaches you what you should do and why for your individual body, for both diet and exercise, so that when you’re done with the program you’re able to be self sufficient and lead a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
In your journey, what are you most proud of: Learning how to treat myself well, how I deserve, both mentally and physically.
What words of wisdom would you share with someone thinking about starting the program It is really important to trust the coaches and the process. And consistency is key. You will never regret investing time, energy, effort, or money for your health. You may be surprised at how making a lifestyle change in regard to your health will also result in positive changes in other areas of your life.
What is an inspirational quote you live by? Zlata says this one a lot and it has really stuck with me: “How you do one thing, is how you do everything.” I also really agree with: “Life by design, not by default.” and “You get what you deserve in your imagination.”
