It’s #TransformationTuesday today, and I am introducing you to our another successful client.
Puyuk is a mother of a very active toddler, and even though she has no choice but to be very active chasing her son all day long, she hasn’t been able to lose all of the baby weight she has gained during pregnancy.
Running after kids often leaves moms very little time to take care of themselves, and Puyuk was no exception. She always tried to make healthy food for her son, but didn’t really put too much effort into eating healthy herself. After a while she realized that the weight wasn’t going anywhere, and she actually started to gain a little more.
Puyuk decided that it was time for a change, and after a little internet search found Sexyfit.
Together we were able to create a customized nutrition and fitness plan that allowed Puyuk exercise at home with her son, and eat according to her goals without starving herself or having to spend hours in the kitchen.
With Puyuk’s determination and staying true to her goals, no wonder that her results are incredible! Not only she was able to lose a significant amount of weight, she was also able to run her VERY FIRST half-marathon even though she never considered herself a runner! Way to go sister! So proud of you and your success!

What made you decide to start the program: I started the program initially in 2014. I wanted to lose the baby weight I felt I still needed to lose.
What do you like the most about the program: I like the fact that most of the time I get to to eat more. I’ve never had a diet like that before. Also, I love that I don’t have to think about what to do for my workouts. I always have a plan and it’s one tailored for me and my life. Accountability is another plus. Knowing I have to check in with, what I feel, is my fitfam, I tend to try harder than I would without my group.
In your journey, what are you most proud of: I am most proud of the healthier lifestyle I lead now. I don’t have to resist bad food (often) because I just don’t want it. I have learned to like what’s healthy. And when I go too long without exercise, I drag. It really is a change, not just a phase.
What words of wisdom would you share with someone thinking about starting the program?: I would tell anyone who wants or needs a change to go for it. It works. Can you make the changes without it? Absolutely. Have you? Will you? Zlata and the sexyfit team are fantastic at what they do. Experts. I’m no expert. I have questions all the time. They are always there to answer. And they are always there to help keep me focused on my goals.
